Dodgeland's Tennis Balls in a Charger Promotion
1. No purchase necessary. Need not be present to win.
2. Must be 18 years of age or older on August 31, 2007 to participate.
3. Must possess a valid South Carolina driver's license.
4. Unless otherwise announced, only one prize will be awarded: the use of a 2007 Dodge Charger for a 2-year lease term.
5. To win the prize, an individual must guess the actual number of tennis balls inside the Dodge Charger on display at Dodgeland of Columbia August 31 – September 3, 2007. The entry that either guesses the actual number or that comes closest to the actual number of tennis balls inside the Dodge Charger will win the lease.
6. In the event of more than one correct guess, all correct entries – but only one entry per name - will be placed in a box with the winner being selected by a random drawing from all correct entries. If there are no correct guesses but more than one entry with the same closest number, those entries will be placed in a box with the winner being selected by a random drawing from all closest entries.
7. In the event of either random drawing outlined above, only one entry per name will be placed in the box.
8. Prize may not be transferred or assigned and no substitution is allowed. Cash may be offered in lieu of stated prize.
9. Winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes, sales tax registration fees, insurance, etc. at the time the use of the vehicle is won and from that time forward. The winner will be required to sign an IRS Form 1099 at the time the lease of the vehicle is executed from the dealership to the winner. This requires that the winner have a valid, Social Security number. Winner is also responsible for tax, title and license fees.
10. The prize will be awarded to one individual who correctly guesses or comes closest to the number of tennis balls inside the Dodge Charger.
11. Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the winner's name and likeness and voice recordings for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
12. Any individual submitting a guess agrees that Dodgeland of Columbia, as well as its advertising agencies, agents, parent companies, and any other affiliated companies or entities shall have no liability whatsoever, of any type or form, in connection with that individual's decision to submit a guess and participate in the contest.
13. All decisions of the judge(s) are final.
14. Employees of Dodgeland of Columbia, as well as its advertising agencies, parent companies and any entities connected with the conduct of this contest as well as members of their immediate families are not eligible to participate.
15. Dodgeland of Columbia reserves the right to discontinue the contest or alter any rule or rules or portion or part thereof. Rules may be changed or added in whole or in any part. Any changes will go into effect immediately.
16. Dodgeland of Columbia, as well as its advertising agencies, agents, parent companies, and any other affiliated companies or entities are not responsible for any mechanical, technical, printing, video, computer or telephone errors or allegations of any such difficulties in connection with this contest. Guesses and contact information must be legible to qualify.
17. Any individual submitting a guess warrants that by the submission of his/her guess that he/she has read, understands and agrees to abide by all rules and outcomes relating to this contest.
