You see the FIVE STAR Award is based on the Chrysler Customer Service Index, a direct Factory to Customer inquiry. Our customers told Chrysler they liked what they were getting at DodgeLand.
We'll take that kind of award any day.
The truth is DodgeLand's customers benefit from a combination of good old fashioned "know how" and careful attention to detail. The "know how" comes from training and experience; our service technicians are required to attain national certification from Chrysler. They take part in regular training seminars held by factory representatives and distance learning programs. The biggest asset for our younger technicians and you, are the veteran personnel like Bobby Day and Ken Long who have been servicing Dodge Products at DodgeLand for over 15 Years each, and Michael McCants for 13 years. These individuals bring invaluable experience and skill to the entire service department.
No car is ever returned to it's owner until it has been road tested to verify completion of all repairs. Bottom line, that's the only way we assure the job is done right the first time.
Our final check is performed within days after your car has been returned to you. You'll receive a call from us to check on our work. The "DodgeLand Call Back Program" provides one more opportunity for you to let us know where we might have a problem.
